Usage:
Allows you to connect two male seals ♂ of Ø 14 and 18 mm to each other, if you have a banger or a socket ♂ in Ø 14 (or 18 mm) and you want to adapt it on a water filter having a male seal ♂ of Ø 18 (or 14 mm).
