How the silver surfer vaporizer works

1) Inhaled air flows through the hole in the ceramic cover.

2) The ceramic element heats the air to the desired temperature as it passes through.

3) The heated air then passes from the ceramic cover to the glass rod in which your herbs/tobacco are located.

The air that is inhaled is warm enough to vaporize your favorite tobacco.

It is possible to control the temperature of the air by inhaling more or less quickly. The slower you inhale, the more time the air has to heat up in contact with the heater and therefore the bigger the latte you will get. Conversely, the harder you inhale, the smaller the latte will be.
If inhaling slowly doesn't heat up the air enough to vaporize your material, just turn up the temperature of the SSV slightly.

4) Be careful, the SSV is designed to vaporize concentrates and to diffuse essential oils. It can exceed the combustion temperature of the plants
We therefore advise you to start using it at low temperatures and gradually increase the temperature

To know when your session is over, it's pretty simple, your plants should be dark brown and not making any visible steam at all.

5) To make the flavours last, we advise you to take care to cool your plants between each slat, in particular by removing them from the heat source.

How to Vaporizer - Silver Surfer Vaporizer Instructions

There are two ways to do this
Turn on the vaporizer Silver Surfer Vaporizer -SSV-
First, you can turn the knob to full power for about 2-3 minutes. Then turn the knob to the left to about 1/3 power

The second way to turn on the unit is to simply turn the knob to your preferred position (you will find this position after a few sessions of use) and wait 3-5 minutes for your unit to reach the chosen temperature
Most herbs for aromatherapy and phytotherapy require the SSV to be set at about 2/3 power.

However, the setting varies according to your inhalation strength and the temperature of the room, you will notice that between a use outside and with a temperature at 0 degrees and inside at 20°C the ceramic piece does not heat in the same way.

Since then, 7th floor has changed its offer and now offers the Silver Surfer vaporizer in Ground Glass (GG) or Spherical Ground Glass (SGG) heater cover. See video 2.

Instructions for use or how to use the SSV oil diffuser

Warning LCV would like to draw your attention to the fact that, despite what some other competitors' sites may think, the oil diffuser is not supplied with the SSV! It is an accessory sold separately.

The AromaTop SSV is very easy to use with your Silver Surfer vaporizer. Place the AromaTop on top of the SSV with the fragrance of your choice so that the bowl lies flat. When using the AromaTop, turn the unit to about 1/4 power as the essential oil diffuser retains heat well. If you want to vaporize just turn the SSV to your exact setting and wait about 30-60 seconds before vaporizing. When you're done, turn the SSV back to 1/4 power to start diffusing the oils in the AromaTop again.
